Detective Rob Clark

Rob was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on December 27, 1961. He was the second youngest in a family of four. He had all sisters that adored him and other family members that loved him dearly.

His life dream was to become a police officer. Our family moved to Cleveland, Ohio when he was very young. He joined the Junior Explorers which is a police-funded group that trains those that want to become police officers. He loved it so much. He became a correction's officer and then a house director for Berea Children's Home. All these jobs were leading him to fulfill his ultimate dream. Finally, when he was 30 years old his sisters, mother and wife proudly looked on as he graduated from the Cleveland Police Department Academy. He asked for the badge number 545. This had been our great grandfather's badge number. He was a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania policeman that died in a gun battle in 1914. Rob asked for it to honor our great grandfather.
